Refund and Return Policy

Customers with an account can easily initiate a return directly from their order history.

1. Log in to your account at cityrootsco.com/account.

2. Go to Order History and select the order that contains the item you’d like to return.

3. Click Request Return and follow the on-screen steps.

4. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Important Details:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
